Processing Time  
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times  
We offer shipping within the United Kingdom. Delivery times are estimated as follows:  

- Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

Shipping Costs  
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

Delays  
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors outside of our control.

Incorrect Address  
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages  
Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the courier directly.

Returns  
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
