We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

- Worn or used items
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return your original item (if approved) and place a new order.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, in accordance with applicable law.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
